Terms and Conditions

This website and the workshop are run by Nilesh Mataria, sole proprietor, trading as Self Discovery, 313, International Business Center, Dumas Road, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India. GSTIN: 24ALLPP7652F1ZU. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Self Discovery. “You” means the person who books a seat or attends.

By booking a seat you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

The Quantum Leap is a live workshop for business owners, led by Nilesh Mataria & Karishma Chandak. It takes place in person on Saturday 31 October 2026, 7:45 AM – 1:30 PM, at Avadh Utopia, Dumas Road, Opposite Airport, Near DPS School, Gaviyar, Surat, Gujarat - 394550. Breakfast and lunch included. There are 50 seats.

There is no online or recorded version. A seat gives one person entry to this workshop on this date.

A seat costs ₹2,950, inclusive of GST. There are no booking fees or other charges. We send a GST invoice to the email address you give us.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.

• You book by filling in the registration form and paying online.
• Your seat is confirmed only when your payment succeeds. We then send you a confirmation with your registration code (for example, QL-0001). See Shipping and Delivery.
• Please give correct details. We use them to confirm your seat and let you in on the day.
• Registrations close when all seats are taken or when the registration period ends.

Anyone can attend, including people under 18. If the attendee is under 18, a parent or guardian must book and pay for the seat and agree to these terms for them. We may ask for your registration code at the entrance.

Each seat is reserved for you, and we order your meals and arrange the venue for you. So we cannot refund a seat or move it to another date if you cancel or cannot attend. Instead, you can give your seat to someone else for free, at any time, by contacting us.

If we cancel the workshop or change its date, you can have a full refund. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.

We may make small changes to timings, the order of sessions or the content. If we cancel the workshop or change its date, we will tell you by email and phone, and you may take a full refund under the Refund Policy.

If something outside our control stops the workshop (for example, a natural disaster, an epidemic, a government order, public unrest or the loss of the venue), we will move it to a new date or cancel it. Either way, you may choose a full refund. We are not responsible for your own travel or hotel costs.

• Please arrive on time and follow the venue’s rules and our team’s instructions.
• We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disruptive, abusive, unsafe or intoxicated. No refund is given in these cases.
• Please look after your belongings. We are not responsible for items lost at the venue.

You are welcome to take notes and record the sessions. The workshop content, slides and worksheets belong to Self Discovery.

We will photograph and film the workshop and may use the photos and videos on our website, social media and ads. If you do not want to appear, tell our team at the desk or email selfdiscovery2011@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy.

The workshop teaches methods and frameworks for running a business. Your results depend on your own effort, your market and your circumstances. We do not promise any specific income, profit or growth.

Our total liability to you for anything related to the workshop is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If something goes wrong, please contact our Grievance Officer first.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, including your right to approach the consumer commission where you live or work, the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version shown here on the day you book is the one that applies to your booking.
